Cancellation Policy

Please be aware, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, as a courtesy to other guests and our team, cancellations and time changes must be received 48 hours prior to appointment to avoid a $50 fee or the cost of the service, whichever is less.
Groups of 2 or more & Day Packages: We require 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments for groups of 2 or more and day package appointments in order to avoid a $50 PER APPT charge on all services scheduled.

If we are able to fill your appointment, we will waive this fee.

Missed Appointments
​
If a guest fails to notify the spa and is a “no show” the day of the service, they will be charged the full price of the service. In order to adhere to this policy, a credit card on file is required to hold scheduled appointments.
